**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Project Design and Development**:

- Conceptualize and develop design ideas for residential and commercial

projects.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and standards.

**2.** **Client Collaboration**:

- Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project

requirements.
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Incorporate client feedback and make necessary revisions to designs.

**3. Project Management**:

- Oversee the project lifecycle from initial concept to completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

**4. Site Supervision**:

- Conduct site visits to monitor construction activities and ensure alignment with design specifications.
- Address any issues or discrepancies that arise during construction.

**5. Sustainability and Innovation**:

- Integrate sustainable and environmentally friendly practices into designs.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in architecture.

**6. Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of design changes, project milestones, and client communications.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 4-5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in both residential and commercial projects.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Enscape, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite,
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
