Job Requirement: Junior Architect (1 Year Minimum Experience)

Position: Junior Architect

Experience: Minimum 1 year in architectural design and drafting

Commitment: Willing to commit to a minimum of 1 year of employment

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

2. Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in architectural design and drafting.

3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Lumion.

4. Strong understanding of architectural principles and design concepts.

5. Ability to collaborate within a team and follow project guidelines.

6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

7. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

8. Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in work.

9. A strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects is a plus.
