1. Architect shall prepare design layouts, presentations and conduct design presentations / discussions with clients considering inputs from CRF and further discussion with CA / PM / CEO if needed as per management requirement.

2. Update client meeting results to CEO / PM and update the drawings as per client discussion and every time hand over the soft copy to concerned project designer who is in the client group / CR for master file and studio file updating respectively. List of drawings and revision status to be provided to Site Engineer through PM if required.

3. Prepare list of working drawings as per Request Register for a Project, along with PM and monitor working drawings production as per schedule agreed in request register. Each working drawing to be handed over to the concerned designer / Project Co.

4. Shall coordinate with Project Co for site meetings regarding the design requirements and detailing as per management requirements. Take support from PM if required.

5. In case of representing ADPL as Architect throughout the project, each time, take confirmation from client and make it recorded.

6. Issue approved drawings duly signed by PM to Site Engineers and get signature from them upon management requirements. While issuing revised drawings, collect back earlier issued Drawings.

7. Check on work progress with measurements, site Photos and documents whether project running is in line with drawing issued. Meetings to be coordinated with Project Coordinator or Site Engineers for understanding and clarification on design related matters at site periodically as per management requirements.

8. Check and verify with designer, whether master file is updated properly at regular intervals.

9. Managing studio team with proper evaluation

10. Preparing all tender documents and helping HP in finalizing consultants or contractors as and when require.

11. Inputs in 3D preparation for client presentation as and when required.

12. Assisting Project / Sales team as per management requirements.
