**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Development**: Create and develop architectural designs from initial concept through detailed design and construction documents.
- **Client Consultation**: Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project requirements. Present design proposals and make necessary adjustments based on feedback.
- **Project Management**: Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and feasibility.
- **Documentation**: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using design software.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
- **Site Visits**: Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure construction adheres to design specifications.
- **Innovation**: Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, materials, and technology to incorporate into designs.
- **Sustainability**: Integrate sustainable design principles and practices into projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Licensed Architect or in the process of obtaining licensure.
- Proven experience as an Architect, preferably with a diverse portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong design and visualization skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction methods.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as needed.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in sustainable and green building practices.
- Certification from a recognized architectural organization (e.g., AIA, LEED).
- Experience with 3D rendering and visualization software.
