**Position Overview**: As a Junior Architect, you will lead design projects from concept through completion, collaborating with clients, architects, and contractors. You will be responsible for developing design concepts, managing project timelines, and ensuring that our design solutions exceed client expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Develop creative and innovative design concepts that align with client goals and brand identity.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and presentations using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and functional requirements.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and maintain quality standards.
- Source and select materials, furnishings, and finishes, negotiating with vendors and suppliers as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to inform design practices.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare and present design proposals, including cost estimates and timelines, to clients for approval.
- Oversee project progress, manage budgets, and address any design-related issues or modifications throughout the project lifecycle.
- Uphold quality standards and ensure that designs comply with building codes, regulations, and health/safety standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and rendering tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management abilities, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
