Job Requirement: Fresher Architect

Position: Junior Architect

Experience: Minimum 1 year in architectural design and drafting

Commitment: Willing to commit to a minimum of 1 year of employment

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.arch ).

2. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Lumion.

3. Strong understanding of architectural principles and design concepts.

4. Ability to collaborate within a team and follow project guidelines.

5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

6. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

7. Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in work.

8. A strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects is a plus.
