**RECRUITER RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support all day-to-day recruitment activity on numerous requisitions including strategy discussions, sourcing, screening, digital interview review, and offers.
- Performs the full life cycle of recruiting for open positions and future needs.
- Conducting interviews, accessing applicant viability for a position in terms of knowledge and experience, and matching them with current positions.
- Analyzing and understanding the Job description.
- Adhering to timelines provided by the clients to fill in the position.
- Good hands-on experience in job portals.
- Maintaining and updating a database of potential, prospective, and rejected
- Identifying new clients and getting in touch with them for their requirements.

**Another skill set**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Leadership and Decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in handling recruitment databases.
- Hands-on job postings, use of mass mailing, downloads in excel, etc.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
