Position: Accounts Executive

In line with our expansion plans, we are currently seeking a qualified individual to join our Hyderabad branch located in Gachibowli.

Objective:
The primary objectives of this role are to support the company in optimizing financial transactions and systems, perform reconciliation of payments and customer accounts, identify and communicate discrepancies to the management team, strengthen client relationships, and manage accounts receivable efficiently while adhering to established standards.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Gather and verify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.

2. Perform daily cash management duties including recording bank deposits, updating cash receipt logs, and posting cash to the account receivable sub-ledger.

4. Provide support to other accounting and finance team members, including inventory management and cost accounting.

5. Inspect and update all documentation and systems related to accounting and company finances.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Strong mathematical skills.

2. Excellent time management and attention to detail.

3. Proficiency with Google Drive and Tally.

4. Ability to maintain confidentiality.

5. Knowledge of standard accounting and bookkeeping principles.

6. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

7. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

8. Capacity to maintain strict confidentiality of company financial information.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
1. Associate’s degree or equivalent.

2.Fresher or Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts.
