ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responding to customer inquiries via inbound calls in a timely and professional manner
- Investigating customer complaints and resolving customer issues
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information about travel services
- Documenting customer interactions and providing feedback to management
- Assisting customers with ticket purchases and other transactions
- Updating customer accounts and maintaining customer records
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer service
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Adhering to customer service policies and procedures

SELECTION CRITERIA
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of International customer service (BPO) experience
- Freshers with Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts and WFO

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Excellent Communication skills (Verbal and written)
- Problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to Take Quick Decisions and Respond to Customer Inquiries.
