**Job Title - Business Development / Appointment Generation Executive**

**Location - Kharadi, Pune**

**Work Mode - Work From Office**

**US Shift - 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
l Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest and set appointments.

l Research and identify key decision-makers within target organizations.

l Clearly articulate our value proposition and tailor messaging to address client needs.

l Maintain a strong understanding of our products/services, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.

l Accurately document all lead interactions and appointment details in CRM software.

l Consistently meet or exceed monthly goals for lead generation and appointment setting.

l Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure scheduled appointments are aligned with their objectives and availability.

l Provide valuable feedback from prospect interactions to help refine outreach strategies and messaging.

**Requirements**:
l Proven experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or inside sales.

l Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

l Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

l Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

l Self-motivated, persuasive, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.

l Proficiency with CRM systems and sales engagement tools.

l Solid understanding of basic sales principles and techniques.

l Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

**Preferred Qualifications**:
l Experience in a B2B sales environment.

l Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and common business challenges.

l Proficiency with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms for prospecting.

l Previous experience in SaaS or technology-based sales environments.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
