**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Strategy & Setup**: Plan, create, and execute paid advertising campaigns on **Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.**:

- **Keyword & Audience Research**: Conduct thorough research to identify the right keywords, audience segments, and targeting strategies.
- **Ad Creation & Optimization**: Develop compelling ad copies, creatives, and landing pages to improve ad performance and conversions.
- **Budget Management**: Optimize ad spend across multiple platforms to achieve the best possible ROI.
- **Performance Tracking & Reporting**: Monitor key KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, etc.), generate reports, and provide data-driven insights.
- **A/B Testing**: Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines, and landing pages to improve performance.
- **Remarketing & Retargeting**: Implement advanced retargeting strategies to re-engage potential customers.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up with the latest PPC trends, algorithm updates, and platform changes to refine strategies.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in **PPC advertising**, with a focus on **Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.**:

- Hands-on experience with **Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.**:

- Strong analytical skills and experience using **Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and conversion tracking tools.**:

- Expertise in **keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting.**:

- Ability to create and optimize landing pages for better conversion rates.
- Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of bid strategies and budget allocation.
- Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
