**About Us**:
At Viable Outsource Solution, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic PPC Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in managing and optimizing pay-per-click campaigns.

**Position Overview**:
As a PPC Intern, you will assist our PPC team in executing and optimizing Google Ads, Meta ads and Facebook Ads campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who has a foundational understanding of PPC advertising, has completed relevant certifications or internships, and is eager to develop their skills in a real-world setting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the creation, setup, and management of Google Ads, Meta ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities for campaign improvement.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost-per-click.
- Support the development of ad copy, creative, and targeting strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the team to generate reports and insights on campaign performance.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in PPC advertising and digital marketing.

**Qualifications**:

- Basic knowledge of PPC advertising and digital marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms.
- Completed certification(s) in Google Ads or Facebook Ads (e.g., Google Ads Certification, Facebook Blueprint Certification) or relevant coursework.
- Previous internship or job experience in a PPC or digital marketing role is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
