Identify, pursue, and convert sales opportunities through both existing networks and new lead generation.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with consistent outreach and timely follow-ups.
- Promote and sell residential and commercial real estate projects to prospective clients and investors.
- Support the development and execution of business development and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and performance updates to management.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.
- Participate in client meetings, site visits, presentations, and negotiations to close deals efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth post-sales service and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 5-10 years of proven real estate sales experience
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- **Languages**: Fluency in English, Marathi, and Hindi is mandatory
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic computer operations
- **Other Requirements**: Must own a personal vehicle and possess a valid driving license
