**Social Media Marketing & Customer Engagement**

**About Us**

MeraEMI (Checklyst Solutions Pvt Ltd) is a social media focused start-up offering a personal finance marketplace platform connecting borrowers to lenders.
- Working knowledge of SEO, PPC, Keyword Planner on Google AdWords, Facebook posts and Ads, Twitter, Instagram and other social platforms with relevant exposure of the same.
- To be extremely familiar and have delivered for Ads in FB, IG, LI, WA and have significantly improved upon ROAS; any additional platforms may be useful too.
- Ability to independently create and drive the entire Ads framework right from building buyer persona to building creatives to sales funnel using WhatsApp
- To be extremely familiar with AI tools like ChatGPT and all FB/IG/LI tools for marketing, advertising, publishing and measuring
- Very good communication skills and be dedicated to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
- Should be familiar with using a CRM platform to drive sales automation.
- Understanding of keyword bids, budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
- Ability to use AI tools effectively to create and manage social media posts and drive organic engagement therein
- Ability to build creatives/designs using AI based 3rd party tools like canva, spark, photoshop, etc. to build new engagements, manage drop-off and retargeting campaigns.
- Experience in evaluating search results and search performance across the major search engines.
- Good communication skills; to be able to engage with our platform users and be able to capture feedback to help build better engagement solutions.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

Freshers with relevant work exposures or limited work exposure may be considered for the position of Trainees.

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
