**Computer Hardware and CCTV Maintenance Executive**

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Reports to: IT Manager

**Job Summary**:
As a Computer Hardware and CCTV Maintenance Executive at Srusti Academy of Management, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of computer hardware systems and CCTV infrastructure across the campus. This role involves proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and timely resolution of technical issues to support uninterrupted operations for academic and administrative activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Hardware Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs of computer hardware components including desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose hardware and software faults and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
- CCTV Surveillance System: Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot the CCTV surveillance system to ensure continuous surveillance coverage and functionality.
- Installation and Upgrades: Install new hardware and software as per requirements. Upgrade systems to ensure compatibility and efficiency.
- Network Support: Assist in basic network troubleshooting and support related to hardware issues.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory, including procurement, distribution, and disposal.
- Documentation: Keep detailed documentation of hardware configurations, maintenance activities, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Preventive Maintenance: Implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of hardware systems.
- User Support: Provide technical support and assistance to faculty, staff, and students regarding hardware and CCTV issues.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures. Monitor and report any security incidents related to hardware or CCTV systems.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in computer hardware maintenance, troubleshooting, and CCTV surveillance system maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with hardware components, operating systems, and CCTV systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
