Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, POS terminals, printers, scanners, CCTV, biometric devices, and networking equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and peripheral problems.
  • Assemble custom computer systems as per client or project requirements.
  • Handle operating system installations (Windows/Linux) and basic software setup.
  • Support internal teams and customers with hardware-related queries or complaints.
  • Maintain stock and records of IT spares, consumables, and components.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and ensure all systems are up-to-date.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service centers for hardware warranty/repair.
  • Support the sales and service team with product demos or installations at client sites.
  • Maintain documentation for repairs, replacements, and installations.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of computer assembly, troubleshooting, and diagnostics.
  • Familiarity with network setup (LAN/Wi-Fi), routers, switches, and cabling.
  • Experience with POS hardware, barcode printers, and peripherals (preferred).
  • Ability to handle customer support professionally and efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of operating systems and common business applications.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹25,000.00 per month
