**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate injection blow moulding machinery and auxiliary equipment with expertise.
- Perform setup and troubleshooting of injection blow moulding machines and molds.
- Ensure optimal operation of machinery to achieve production targets and quality standards.
- Monitor the production process, making adjustments to machine settings as required to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
- Conduct regular maintenance and minor repairs on machinery to ensure smooth operation.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety and environmental regulations.
- Record production data accurately and maintain logs of machine settings, maintenance, and issues.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure that produced items meet all company and industry standards.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of junior operators and new team members.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in injection blow moulding to suggest improvements in processes and product quality.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training in injection blow moulding is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in operating injection blow moulding machines in the plastics industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the mechanics of injection blow moulding machinery and mold design.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, overtime, and weekends as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
