TLC Aesthetica is a leading provider of aesthetic plastic surgery services. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Operation Theatre (OT) Nurse to join our dynamic team. As an OT Nurse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operation theatre and providing exceptional patient care during surgical procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing the operation theatre before each surgical procedure, ensuring that all necessary equipment, instruments, and supplies are readily available.
- Assisting the surgical team during surgeries by providing the necessary instruments, equipment, and supplies in a timely manner.
- Maintaining strict adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols during surgical procedures.
- Monitoring the patient's vital signs, anesthesia administration, and overall care of the patient.
- Administering medications as prescribed by the surgeon and providing appropriate documentation.
- Collaborating with the surgical team to ensure a safe and efficient surgical environment.
- Assisting in the positioning and preparation of patients for surgery, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Assisting with the post-operative care of patients, including monitoring vital signs, wound care, and pain management.
- Maintaining accurate and complete documentation of patient care, surgical procedures, and medication administration.
- Responsibility of maintenance and sterilization of surgical instruments and equipment.
- management of the OT Store
- assisting in the iv lounge for securing IV line, drawing blood for GFC, PRP injections, wound dressings and suture removals
- Participating in continuing education and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Adhering to all applicable legal, ethical, and professional standards.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- OT: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Travancore - Cochin Council Registration (preferred)
