An experienced **Plant Maintenance Technician - Food Packaging **is required for our company in Umm Al Quwain.

1. A minimum of 3 to 4 years’ experience as a **Plant Maintenance Technician in the Plastic Industry with experience in dealing with Injection moulding, Thermoforming, CNC milling, Electrical chiller, pneumatic screw compressor machines, and set up for pic and place robots.**

2. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical

3. Below mentioned experience is a requirement for the job:
- a. The Maintenance Technician performs skilled work in the installation, operation, maintenance, modification, service and repair of mechanical, electrical, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, plumbing and structural systems; monitors the performance of heating, cooling, and related systems by interpreting the energy management system alarms and temperature and pressure differentials, troubleshoots problems, and makes adjustments, when necessary.

b. Setting up & maintaining a critical equipment database

c. Attending to technical issues (breakdown maintenance) as needed through self and third parties, including responsibility for contractor safety control (with IFF EH&S)

d. Setting up & maintaining a third party maintenance contract program, including contract management and contractor on-site support, that also includes site contractor safety control 5 Setting up & maintaining a preventive maintenance / regulatory inspections schedule for process equipment that is not covered by third-party maintenance contracts

e. Definition of spare parts requirement and maintaining stock

f. Developing a technical documentation archive

g. Managing required maintenance resourcing (outsourced) as required

h. Maintaining a maintenance work order & cost control system

i. Taking part in Operations co-ordination meetings and agreeing on work schedules and priorities with manager

j. Implement preventive and predictive maintenance systems to prevent failures and/or unscheduled outages

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
