**Role**: Business Development Manager - Government Projects
**Experience**: 5-8 years
**Location**: Worli, Mumbai
**Working Days**: 6 days a week
**Preferred Gender**: Female

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development Support**:

- Assist in developing proposals, presentations, and Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
- Conduct follow-ups with stakeholders and attend relevant events.
- Identify and scout new solutions and startups aligned with business objectives.
- **Strategic Meetings**:

- Actively participate in business development meetings, contributing to strategic planning and discussions.
- **Project Execution and Management**:

- Manage and execute government projects, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Conduct meetings with government officials across India as required.
- **Coordination and Scheduling**:

- Schedule and coordinate meetings, site visits, and project activities efficiently.
- **Document Management**:

- Maintain and organize project-related documentation to ensure accessibility and accuracy.
- **Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct in-depth research on potential projects, clients, and competitors to enhance tender strategies.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:

- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and government organizations, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- **Reporting and Tracking**:

- Track tender submissions, maintain detailed records, and generate reports for management review.
- **Travel**:

- Regular travel across Mumbai for meetings with government departments.
- Occasional travel within Maharashtra as project needs arise.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in business development and government projects, with a strong understanding of tender processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in research and data analysis for strategic decision-making.
- Willingness to travel as per the job's requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
