- Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitors.
- Identify new business opportunities (markets, partnerships, products, services).
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and events.
- Qualify prospects to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams.
- Sales & Negotiation
- Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations.
- Negotiate terms of agreements and close deals.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, product development, and customer support teams.
- Provide feedback from clients to improve services or products.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs (sales targets, conversion rates, revenue growth).
- Prepare regular reports on business performance for senior management.
