**F&B COST CONTROL EXECUTIVE**

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
To Check Production and Expiry of all Semi Finished Products (Sauce, Dimsum, Pastry etc) and check if all products are labelled

Daily Audits of Wastages, Breakages, POS Reports, Kitchen Audits etc.

(Complementary, Discount, Void / Modified Bill, Void / Modified KOT, Late Settlement, Split Bill, Merge Tables).

Maintaining Logs of Electricity, Gas and Water Consumption

Check all Purchases of Previous Day with Physical & GRN. (Check if all purchases are as per contracted rates)

Verify Petty Cash Purchase

To review Party sale and Do Pre & Post party costings for Group Bookings

To ensure proper compliances related to Excise

(Update Chatai, Submission of Excise Statements, Verification of Physical & Excise Stock, Procure Daily Liquor Permits)

Verify receiving from Central Warehouse and transfer of Items with proper documentations as per material specifications

Maintain and Highlight Inventory of Slow Moving, Non-Moving and near to Expiry Item, etc.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
