- Manage and coordinate office activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Handle correspondence, scheduling, and document management.
- Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, budgeting, and expense tracking.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring timely procurement.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support HR functions, including recruitment assistance and onboarding.
- Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- **Proficiency in Tally will be an added advantage.**:

- **Must have his/her own Laptop.**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
