**Job description**

We are seeking an experienced Executive ERP to oversee the implementation and maintenance of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.

The Executive ERP will be responsible for managing the ERP of University, analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement,

and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operation of the company's ERP system
- Identify areas for improvement in business processes and systems and make recommendations to senior management
- Basic training for ERP users across departments
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the ERP system is integrated with other business systems
- Develop and maintain ERP system documentation and policies
- Ensure compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new ERP system features and functionalities
- Adding data to the system
- Generating periodical reports
