Generate and process customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Verify billing data with purchase orders, delivery challans, and contracts.
- Enter and update billing information in the system.
- Resolve billing discrepancies by liaising with internal teams and customers.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, credit notes, and receipts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, tax rules, and statutory requirements (GST/TDS, etc.).
- Prepare periodic billing reports for management review.
- Support the finance team in audits and reconciliations.
- Handle queries related to billing and provide solutions promptly.
- Ensure confidentiality of billing and financial information
- **Qualifications & Skills**:

- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in billing, accounts, or data entry roles.
- Knowledge of billing software (Tally, ERP, SAP, or similar).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and taxation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
