Generate and process customer invoices.
- Must have experience in Marg Software, MS office and in preparation of Daily Progress Reports(DPR)
- Responsible to ensure the inventory control and to maintain the minimum level of inventory.
- Ensure correct accounting of stores receipt as well as material issuance as per daily requirement.
- In this position, you'll play a key role in the proper care and maintenance of our stock, including ordering, receiving, and managing inventory, Purchase and Asset Management.
- To plan and carry out operations of the store, so as to maintain smooth functioning of the store with focus on sales up gradation by maintaining high standards
- Maintain accurate billing records and ensure timely payment collection.
- Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable.
- Reconcile sales and purchase transactions.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records.
- Support in monthly and year-end accounting closings.
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers for billing inquiries and payments

Pay: From ₹16,500.00 per month
