**Key Responsibilities**:

- **TDS Management**:

- Ensure timely and accurate TDS calculation, deduction, and deposit.
- Prepare and file TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, 27Q) and resolve any discrepancies.
- Manage TDS certificates (Form 16/16A) issuance and reconciliation.
- Liaise with the Income Tax department on TDS-related issues.
- **GST Compliance**:

- Maintain accurate GST records and ensure timely filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.).
- Ensure proper documentation and reconciliation of GST liabilities, input tax credits, and payments.
- Review GST tax computations, returns, and filings for accuracy and compliance.
- Handle GST audits and assessments, including supporting documentation for any queries.
- **E-Invoicing & E-Bay Bills**:

- Oversee the implementation and management of the e-invoicing process.
- Ensure that e-invoices and e-way bills are generated and reported in accordance with GST regulations.
- Assist in resolving issues related to the e-way bill portal and ensure timely compliance.
- **GST Reconciliation & Reporting**:

- Coordinate and assist in the monthly/quarterly/annual reconciliation of GST returns.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements by ensuring all GST-related transactions are properly recorded.
- **Tax Audit Support**:

- Provide support during internal/external tax audits and assessments.
- Assist in preparing audit reports and resolving any discrepancies identified during audits.
- **Tax Planning & Advisory**:

- Advise management on best practices for GST and TDS compliance.
- Keep abreast of changing tax laws and regulations, ensuring that the company remains compliant.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Certification in GST/TDS or any other relevant qualifications will be an added advantage.
- **Experience**:

- 3-5 years of experience in handling TDS, GST, GST Returns, E-Invoicing, and E-way bills.
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or similar ERP systems.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of GST laws and compliance procedures.
- Proficient in e-filing portals for TDS and GST (TRACES, GSTN, etc.).
- Familiarity with e-invoicing and e-way bill generation tools and portals.
- **Other Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
