An Opportunity to Learn & Grow from Arihant Maxsell Technologies P Ltd. for **Customer Support Executive / Helpdesk Ticket Specialist (Hindi & English Speaker)** to handle customers and services across India.
**Immediate joinees preferred.**
**Responsibilities and Duties**
Responsibility From Raising an issue ticket until completion of it with customer satisfaction.
Schedule and plan daily calls for service team to complete the tickets within TAT time.
**Qualifications and Skills**
Any Degree / Diploma (Technical Background will be first preference)
1. Minimum 1~2 year experience in any customer service and coordination profile.
2. Experience in MIS / CRM or Ticketing Software will be an added advantage.
3. English, Hindi and any additional regional language will be an added advantage.
4. Fast learner / Responsive / Collaborative / Team Work.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Walk-In
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
