**Responsibilities**:
- Speak confidently with business owners and decision-makers from the US.
- Represent Ksoft Technologies with professionalism and clarity.
- Assist in lead generation and marketing outreach.
- Communicate project ideas and updates clearly over voice and video calls.
- Follow up with leads and clients as directed by the marketing team.
- Learn about our products and services to answer client queries.
**Mandatory Requirements**
- **Excellent English speaking and listening skills**:
- Strong confidence and voice clarity in communication
- Willingness to work in **US time zone (Night Shift)** from home
- **1-month in-office training** at Cherplassery (mandatory)
- A basic understanding of technology (bonus, not mandatory)
- Eagerness to grow and adapt in a fast-paced tech environment
- Must have a laptop/PC and stable internet connection for remote work
- Fresh graduates (any stream) who are enthusiastic about international communication.
- Those who enjoy speaking and building relationships.
- Quick learners who can absorb business communication and soft sales strategies.
