Senior Inside Sales Counsellor

Job Location: HSR Layout Bangalore (Work from Office) Experience : For Freshers Role Overview: As a Senior Inside Sales Counsellor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding potential students through their learning journey by offering customized solutions from our portfolio of certification and degree programs. You will leverage your strong counselling and sales acumen to help individuals make informed decisions that align with their career goals. Key Responsibilities: ● Engage with prospective students via phone calls, emails, and chat to counsel them on available online programs offered by IITs, IIMs, and other prestigious institutions. ● Understand the student's professional background, aspirations, and challenges to provide personalized program recommendations. ● Drive sales conversions by effectively handling objections, building rapport, and guiding students through the enrollment process. ● Maintain a customer-centric approach to ensure a positive student experience from the first contact to enrollment. ● Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with current campaigns and program offerings. ● Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets through disciplined follow-up and relationship management. ● Stay updated on industry trends, new programs, and competitor offerings to provide accurate and compelling information. ● Maintain detailed records of student interactions in CRM software, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. ● 2-4 years of experience in hardcore inside sales, preferably in the EdTech sector, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. ● Strong counselling and consultative selling skills with the ability to influence decision-making. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused attitude. ● Ability to handle high volumes of inbound and outbound leads and close deals efficiently. ● Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. ● Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software is a plus.
