
Inside Sales Representative

**Lead Generation for our Esteemed clients**
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Set up telephone or face to face appointments with the prospect and Satisfic client.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Upselling products and services.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
- Submit daily activities and lead generation information to Inside Sales Lead.
**About your experience**:
- 2-3 years’ experience in B2B lead generation campaigns
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skill
- Exceptional customer service skill
- Strong analytical abilities
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Knowledge of campaign management and reporting tools would be added advantage
- Highly organized and strongly self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities
- Quick learner with a positive attitude
**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
