What You'll Need to Succeed (Qualifications): - Experience: Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of proven experience specifically in the IT Sales Industry. - Full Cycle Expertise: Experience in the full sales cycle, with demonstrated proficiency in deal closing. - Sales Success: A strong, verifiable track record of sales success and meeting/exceeding quotas. - Core Skills: Exceptional convincing skills, strong negotiation skills, and excellent communication/presentation abilities. - Bonus: Experience with CRM software is preferred.
