**Responsibilities**:
- **Communication**: Exhibit exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- **Negotiation**: Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals and maximize sales opportunities.
- **Marketing Support**: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
- **Sales Coordination**: Support the sales team in organizing and coordinating sales activities, events, and campaigns.
- **Sales Reporting**: Generate and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on product/service features and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
- **Sales Targets**: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in [relevant field] or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in sales coordination or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities with a focus on achieving sales goals.
- Marketing skills to contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Results-driven and sales-oriented mindset.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
