**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote our export products and services
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate product information and quotations
- Follow up with clients regarding offers, queries, and sales orders
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, production) to ensure timely delivery and service
- Keep records of customer interactions and update CRM systems with relevant information
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and market trends
- Handle client objections and negotiate pricing when necessary
- Assist in preparing sales reports and market feedback for management

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service (export or B2B environment preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Basic knowledge of export documentation and procedures is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- A customer-first attitude with a problem-solving mindset

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field
- Familiarity with international trade terms (Incoterms), shipping procedures, and global markets

Pay: ₹15,000.77 - ₹22,000.00 per month
