**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, and stakeholders.
- Draft and distribute press releases, hospital statements, and announcements.
- Organize press conferences, interviews, and media interactions for hospital representatives.
- Oversee hospital branding, reputation management, and public image.
- Plan and execute community outreach programs, CSR initiatives, and awareness campaigns.
- Manage crisis communication and handle media inquiries in sensitive situations.
- Represent the hospital at industry events, health fairs, and community programs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create digital and offline promotional content.
- Monitor media coverage and public perception of the hospital, reporting insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations in all PR and communication activities.
