_**Production Supervisor - Aluminium Die Casting**_
- **Job Objective:

Responsible for planning, executing, monitoring & improving Aluminium Pressure die casting, Die Casting shop production & overall performance in shifts.
- **Key Role & Responsibilities:

- **_

1. Responsible for handling Manpower in a shift.

2. Responsible for Daily production output in respective shift plan Vs Actual.

3. Responsible for Operator safety, Quality (Rejection & PDI), OEE, and Delivery.

4. Responsible for fill rate and customer complaints.

5. Responsible for improvement in Conversion Cost.

6. Responsible for plant 5S.
- **Qualification & Experience Required:

1. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in foundry(PDC/GDC).

2. Experience in handling automotive and non-automotive die-casting components and problem-solving.

3. Experience with Machines ranging from 150 to 650 tons.

**Salary**: ₹9,983.06 - ₹28,314.52 per month
