We are hiring for **UI/UX Designer**

Qualifications**:Any degree or certification in UI/UX Design Course.**

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of relevant experience or strong internship work.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects.
- Proficiency in design tools and knowledge of typography, layout,
color theory, and file formats.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research and create personas to understand user needs.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces that are visually appealing and functional.
- Collaborate with teams to align designs with business goals.
- Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
- Stay updated with UI/UX trends and ensure designs follow best practices and accessibility standards.
- Use tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision for design and collaboration.
- Document design guidelines and present ideas effectively to stakeholders.
