**JOB SUMMARY**

This position supports our business goals by designing user interface, visualization layer and the overall experience for new software products in support of our customers.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

**UI/UX Design**:

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for digital products in Figma.
- Design intuitive user interfaces that enhance the user experience and usability.
- Ensure consistency in design elements and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing results.

**Interaction Design**:

- Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate user flows and interactions.
- Optimize user journeys and task flows to improve overall usability.
- Implement best practices for interaction design and user interface animations.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
- Communicate design decisions and rationale effectively to team members.

**Continuous learning and improvement**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
- Actively seek feedback and opportunities for skill development.
- Share knowledge and contribute to the growth of the design team.

**Qualifications**

**QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS**

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field.
- Relevant certifications or courses in UI/UX design are a plus.

**Experience**:

- 5 years of experience in UI/UX design or related roles.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects and problem-solving skills.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect designs.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles is a plus.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a willingness to explore innovative design solutions.
