**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and versatile UI/UX Designer & Logo Designer to join our dynamic team. This role requires a unique blend of skills in user interface and user experience design, alongside expertise in creating compelling and memorable logos. You will play a critical role in designing intuitive and engaging digital experiences while also contributing to our brand identity through distinctive logo designs.

**Key Responsibilities: UI/UX Design**:

- **User Research**: Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- **Wireframing & Prototyping**: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
- **Usability Testing**: Plan and conduct usability tests, analyze results, and iterate on designs based on feedback.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet business and user needs.
- **Design Systems**: Develop and maintain design systems, including style guides and pattern libraries.

**Logo Design**:

- **Concept Development**: Create original and creative logo concepts that effectively represent our brand identity and values.
- **Brand Identity**: Develop logos that align with overall brand strategy and guidelines.
- **Revisions & Finalization**: Iterate on designs based on feedback and ensure final logos are polished and ready for implementation.
- **Brand Guidelines**: Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent logo usage across different platforms and media.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- **Experience**: 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design and logo design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant skills and past projects.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD), Sketch, Figma, and other relevant software.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, color, and layout.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into simple and engaging user experiences.
- **Soft Skills**: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to take constructive feedback and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.
- Knowledge of animation and motion design principles.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.
