In the role of D365 CRM support consultant, you will play an important role in resolving issues reported by end client super users delivering high quality solutions for various modules. **Location**: Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, B’lore

**Required**
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- 6+ years of experience (with minimum 1 year of experience in Support) in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment of MS Dynamics CRM System
- Strong Analytic & Problem-Solving skills
- Passionate to troubleshoot and resolve technical and non-technical issues
- Excellent Communication & effective presentation skills
- Must be able to work as part of a team as well as individually

**Preferred**
- Hands on experience in writing Plugins, Custom Workflows, JavaScript, CRM Web API
- Experience in Dynamics 365 Ecosystem (PowerApps, Power BI, MS Flow) a plus.
- Planning and Prioritization skills
- Experience and/or desire to work in a geographic distributed team as well as different timings.
