Experience in handling US clients is a plus, adding extra value to the role. What do we expectA BE degree or any relevant qualification is required. Hands-on experience with D365/CRM modules: Sales, Marketing, Field Service, and Customer Service.

Lead and take part in business process reviews. Handle 3-4 full life cycle implementations with these modules. Be great at documenting requirements, FDDs, design docs, test cases, and user manuals.

Strong communication skills are a must. If you've worked with US clients before, that's a big plus
