Are you a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer ready to take on complex CRM projects and shape digital transformation? Were looking for a Senior MSD CRM Developer to join our dynamic team and play a critical role in building robust, scalable, and intelligent CRM solutions for our organization and clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE platform.

- Customize forms, views, dashboards, and the overall UI/UX.

- Develop and maintain custom plugins, workflows, and workflow activities.

- Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Perform data migration, integration, and data management tasks using tools like SSIS.

- Create and manage JavaScript web resources for front-end enhancements.

- Provide technical support, documentation, and user training.

- Stay current with Microsoft updates and apply CRM best practices.

Technical Expertise :

- Languages : C#, JavaScript (plus HTML/CSS preferred).

- Power Platform : Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI.

- Dynamics 365 SDK & CRM Tools.

- SQL Server for data queries and management.

- CRM Customization : Custom entities, business rules, security roles, etc.

- API Integration & Web Services (REST/SOAP).

Functional Experience :

- Strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service business processes.

- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Hands-on experience in requirement analysis, configuration, and customization.

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to document, present, and explain technical work to a diverse audience.

Qualifications :


- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Proven experience as a Dynamics CRM Developer (preferably 5+ years).

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.
