A seasoned Dynamics 365 Support Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Dynamics 365 Support Specialist. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers and ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level support for Dynamics 365, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and configuration.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 features, functionality, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Design and deliver training sessions to end-users on Dynamics 365.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 releases and updates.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 support or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP business processes in finance and operations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with customer service principles and ticketing systems.
