We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer specializing in Power Platform and Dynamics 365. This individual will lead our enterprise-grade implementations, customizations, and CI/CD initiatives across multiple environments.Key Responsibilities :- Design and develop scalable solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.- Deliver complex D365 modules (Customer Service, Marketing, Business Central) in alignment with organizational goals.- Customize and extend Dynamics 365 solutions using Power Platform and Azure components.- Optimize data model alignment, dataflows, and transformations for performance and scalability.- Integrate D365 and Power Platform with external systems using REST APIs and Azure Logic Apps.- Maintain multiple environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod) with governance best practices.- Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform and D365.- Collaborate with stakeholders to propose proof-of-concepts and facilitate module adoption.Operational Duties :- Create standards around development practices to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.- Collaborate and ensure consistent communication across internal resources.- Mentor junior team members in best practices for low-code development.Preferred Certifications :- PL-600: Power Platform Solution Architect- PL-400: Power Platform Developer- MB-910/MB-920: Fundamentals in D365 Applications- Azure certifications (AZ-204, AZ-400) are an advantage.
