Job Title: Senior / Lead Developer Dynamics

About the Role:

As a senior lead developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamic 365. You will also be involved in all phases of development, from planning to testing, and ensure that all work meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize standard workflows, dashboards, forms, views, and develop reports.
  • Develop automated tests (technical and functional).
  • Minimum 7 years of Microsoft Dynamic 365 CRM development experience.
  • Experience in C#, JavaScript, Power Apps, React, Node JS, TypeScript, Azure Function/Logic apps/Web Jobs.
  • Experience with Agile and SCRUM is preferred.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge in Plug-in development/registration.
  • Demonstrate technical knowledge to design and implement CRM solutions.
  • Passion to solve business-critical problems.
  • Ability to handle a team of 4 to 5 members.
  • Excellent Communication skills.

Soft Skills:

  • Fast learner, self-starter, creative problem solver.
  • Ability to work on international distributed contest.
