Job Title: Dynamics CRM Professional

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics CRM professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM systems, customizations, and reports.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Design and develop Microsoft D365 CRM system, customizations, and reports.
  2. Architect and implement D365 CDS PowerApps models and automate business processes using Microsoft Flow.
  3. Develop and maintain Azure Data Factory pipelines, flows, and SQL-based solutions.
  4. Build and configure CRM forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and plugins.
  5. Develop reports using FetchXML and maintain source control using GitHub.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including scrum masters and product owners, to deliver high-quality solutions.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the CRM system.
  8. Document and lead the implementation of technical features, improvements, and innovations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong development experience with D365 CRM, including plugin development, customizations, JavaScript, C#, .NET, and SQL Server.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM API, REST/ODATA, SOAP endpoints, and Visual Studio.
  • Experience with Azure technologies, including Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, and DevOps pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Flows, and ETL technologies (Scribe Online, Kingswaysoft).
  • Proficient in configuring security groups, roles, and teams within D365.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
