**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Location**: Kaniyur

**Workdays & Timings**: Monday - Saturday, 8.30am - 5.30pm

**Salary Range**: Upto Rs. 15,000/month (Freshers)

**Role Description**:
As a Production Crew member in our ice cream factory, you will play a vital role in the production process, contributing to the creation, packaging, and storage of our delectable ice cream products. This role offers a hands-on learning experience and an opportunity to gain valuable insights into the intricacies of ice cream manufacturing.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Ice Cream Production**:

- Assist in the production process, including measuring and mixing ingredients, operating machinery, and monitoring production flow.
- Follow standardized recipes and production schedules to ensure consistency and efficiency in ice cream production. **2. Storage and Handling**:

- Properly store and handle raw materials, ingredients, and finished products in designated storage areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to supervisors promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in storage areas to uphold food safety standards. **3. Packaging**:

- Package freshly produced ice cream into containers or packages, following packaging guidelines and standards.
- Label packages accurately with product information, expiration dates, and batch numbers.
- Ensure that packaged products are sealed properly to maintain freshness and prevent contamination. **4. Machine Operation**:

- Learn to operate various production machinery and equipment used in ice cream manufacturing, including mixers, freezers, and packaging machines.
- Adhere to operating procedures, safety protocols, and equipment maintenance guidelines at all times.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately. **5. Adherence to Regulations**:

- Comply with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies at all times.

**Qualification**:

- Degree in Food Science & Technology or related program.
- Passionate about the food industry with strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions closely.
- Basic understanding of food safety principles and hygiene practices is preferred.
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or a related field is a plus but not required.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
