**Position Summary**:
The **Production Assistant cum Store Incharge** is responsible for supporting media production activities while managing equipment, props, and inventory storage. This role ensures smooth production workflows, maintains media-related assets, and oversees the logistics of equipment handling and storage.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Media Production Assistance**:

- Assist with pre-production tasks, including schedules, equipment, and logistics.
- Set up cameras, lights, audio equipment, and other production gear as required.
- Support directors, producers, and other crew members during filming or recording sessions.
- Coordinate with creative teams to ensure timely availability of production materials.
- Ensure all equipment is in working condition and troubleshoot technical issues when needed.
- Handle on-location and in-studio logistics, ensuring smooth shoot operations.

**Store & Inventory Management**:

- Manage storage and inventory of media equipment, props, and production assets.
- Track, label, and maintain a database of all equipment, ensuring nothing is misplaced.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure proper functioning of stored items.
- Maintain an organized storage area for easy access and retrieval of production assets.
- Monitor stock levels of expendable items (e.g., tapes, batteries, cables) and reorder as needed.
- Ensure the safe handling, transportation, and return of rented or borrowed equipment.
- Implement an equipment check-in/check-out system for accountability.
- Ensure all media assets and props are stored correctly to prevent damage or loss.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- **Equipment Readiness**: Percentage of equipment available and functional before a shoot.
- **On-Set Support Efficiency**: Feedback from directors/producers on assistance provided.
- **Inventory Accuracy**: Discrepancy percentage between physical and recorded stock.
- **Equipment Loss/Damage Rate**: Number of lost or damaged items per quarter.
- **Storage Space Utilization**: Optimization of storage areas for efficient access.
- **On-Set Support**: Quick response to on-set needs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
