Key Responsibilities:

  1. Material Management:

  2. Receive, inspect, and record all incoming raw materials (aluminium ingots, billets, profiles, etc.), consumables, and spare parts.

  3. Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and identification of materials as per company standards.
  4. Issue materials to production and maintenance teams against approved requisitions.

  5. Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

  6. Inventory Control:

  7. Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP or manual systems.

  8. Conduct periodic physical verification of stock and reconcile with system data.
  9. Identify slow-moving, obsolete, or damaged items and report to management.

  10. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.

  11. Coordination & Documentation:

  12. Coordinate with the purchase, production, and accounts departments for smooth material flow.

  13. Maintain all store-related documentation (Goods Receipt Notes, Issue Slips, Material Return Notes, etc.).

  14. Assist in internal and external audits related to store operations.

  15. Safety & Compliance:

  16. Ensure safe storage of materials in compliance with safety standards.

  17. Implement FIFO / LIFO systems as per material type.

  18. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store area.

  19. Team & Process Management:

  20. Supervise store assistants and labor for loading/unloading and material handling.

  21. Suggest improvements in store management systems for better efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
