**Position**:Crew Member

**Location**: Coimbatore

**Purpose and Scope of Position**:
This position at Boomerang contributes to our success by delivering legendary customer service to all patrons. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in creating the Boomerang Experience for our customers by providing prompt service, serving quality ice cream creations, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment. You will be responsible for embodying and acting in accordance with Boomerang's guiding principles.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.Customer Service Excellence**:
Provide legendary customer service by welcoming and connecting with every customer.

Discover customer needs and suggest products to enhance service and meet sales goals.

Respond to customer needs promptly and prioritize a "customer comes first" attitude.

**2.Operational Excellence**:
Follow Boomerang operational policies and procedures, including cash handling, safety, and security guidelines.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.

Follow store policies and procedures for operational flow at each station.

**3.Team Collaboration**:
Contribute to a positive team environment by recognizing changes in team behaviors and communicating them to the immediate supervisor.

Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.

**4. Product Quality**:
Provide consistently high-quality ice cream creations by adhering to Boomerang's recipe and presentation standards.

Ensure that the store is stocked with quality beverages, whole bean products, and food items.

**5. Safety and Cleanliness**:
Maintain a safe and clean store environment to protect both employees and customers.

Follow safety and security protocols during each shift.

**Experience & Education**:
No prior experience required.

Minimum education qualification: 12th / Diploma +

**Salary**:
Part time: 50 INR per hour, min 30 hours per week (In-store)
Full time: ₹12-15k per month (In-store)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
